We are looking for an experienced Sales executive, with a proven track record in sales team building, to join our growing Plumbing, drain cleaning, Heating and Excavation company.
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with experience in working in a fast-paced environment and be a strong leader with a good understanding of sales processes.
Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will have full responsibility for selling systems, services and quotations to internal and external customers, increasing sales revenue and profitability.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a sales strategy that will ensure that the company meets its objectives regarding sales, revenue, and profitability while maintaining our excellent reputation.
• Manage a team of service professionals and provide coaching, guidance, and motivation to succeed. This

• Ensure that all team members have the necessary training and possess the company values to meet expectations of internal and external customers.
• Organize and attend customer events and exhibitions to increase brand awareness.
• Monitor trade press, advertise and research potential markets for development.
• Handle customer complaints and queries in a professional manner.
• Be able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers.
• Track and report on sales forecasts and results.
• Provide guidance in areas of pricing to ensure customer loyalty.
• Create documents such as sales contracts and terms & conditions.
